TRAINER PROFILES


Phil Nunn

Phil is a psychologist and educator with over 15 years experience working with marginalised and ‘At Risk’ youth in welfare agencies and in private practice. Phil is an energetic presenter with real life stories and innovative ideas for those working with youth. Phil’s interests include the use of music and other forms of creative expression as therapeutic tools.

Bob Ewing

Bob is an experienced human and community services professional with over 30 years experience in both government and non-government sectors as senior executive, manager, teacher, coach, caseworker and trainer. Bob is a respected consultant and has expertise in contemporary out of home care services.

Robyn Bradey

Robyn is a social worker in private practice. Robyn is a counsellor, trainer, debriefer, consultant and supervisor with 23 years’ experience in the field as a youth worker, hospital social worker and administrator. She has extensive experience in the trauma field.

Cath Hutchinson

Cath is a psychologist in private practice and has worked extensively with individuals in the context of depression, anxiety, childhood sexual abuse, alcohol and other drugs, domestic violence, sexuality, phobias, grief and loss and sexual assault. In addition, she has worked with adults, adolescents, children and families experiencing grief and loss in a palliative care setting.

Andrew White

Andrew is an experienced media man, providing specialist writing & media services. Known affectionately to some as the “word fascist”, Andrew has an extensive background in journalism, writing (all forms), sub-editing/proofing, media liaison and media training.

Jane Lowe

Jane is an experienced community educator, working primarily with marginalised and at risk groups, such as early school leavers, homeless, young parents, long term unemployed, and young GLBTQ people. Jane has a particular interest in group-work with those "at risk", and creating processes that develop individual capacities to challenge the status quo and move forward in their lives.
